In submitting an evaluation to the Safe Drinking Water Foundation (SDWF), the evaluator agrees that the SDWF will be granted permission that, at its option, SDWF may publish or otherwise use the evaluator's name and evaluation details without limitation and without compensation, in any publicity and funding applications carried out by the SDWF.
